Andrea Nederveld, MD
Dr. Nederveld was born in the West, but moved to Michigan during childhood. She attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate education. She then spent two years in West Africa working on an HIV/AIDS prevention project before returning to Michigan for medical school. She attended Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and graduated in 2000. She then completed an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program at the University of Michigan and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. In 2005, Dr. Nederveld and her husband moved to Grand Junction. She has worked at the St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency Program and at Marillac Clinic before joining Juniper Family Medicine. In addition to seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, trail running, gardening and cooking with all the great local produce.
