Steps to Update your Primary Care Physician:

Prefer another doctor? Not a problem. We want you to be confident and comfortable with your PCP. If you prefer another doctor in your plan, you may change your PCP at any time. Just go to anthem.com and select Update Primary Care Physician, or call Member Services at the number on your member ID card.

Navigate to Anthem.com and log in to your account.
