Meredith Evans, MD

Dr. Meredith Evans is joining Juniper Family Medicine in October 2018. She was born and raised in Louisville, CO. Meredith attended CU Boulder for her undergraduate degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering and then went on to medical school at the University of Colorado. She chose family medicine to focus on preventive health and did her residency at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency Program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter in the beautiful outdoors. They like to run, hike, camp, ski, travel and cook together.
