No Show Policy

Thank you for trusting your medical care to Juniper Family Medicine. When you schedule an appointment with one of our providers, we set enough time aside to provide you with the highest level of quality care. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 2 business days before your regularly scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who needs medical care.

A $50 no show fee will be charged for a regular office visit and $100 for a physical or Well Child visits.
Please review our appointment no-show and cancellation policy below:

  • An established patient who fails to arrive for their appointment or :cancels within 2 business days of the appointment time will be considered a no-show.
  • For an established patient, if a third no-show should occur, the patient is eligible for discharge from the practice.
  • A new patient who fails to arrive for their first appointment will not ‘be rescheduled.

We understand that there may be emergencies and extenuating circumstances where you may not be able to keep your appointment. Please contact our office manager to discuss your situation as considerations and exceptions may be granted.
